What They're Looking For.
Must Have
current license as a LPN, at least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN, current CPR certification
Nice to Have
NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience, NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience preferred
What You'll Do.
delivering quality skilled nursing care to multiple clients in transition from hospital to home
delivering quality care to clients and family for the initial weeks of a homecare
providing extensive training to the family and ongoing care team
delivering the highest-quality private duty nursing care to help people live their best lives where they most want to be—at home
Keeping people safe at home and out of the hospital
provide meaningful one-on-one care
develop relationships with both clients and team members
prepare and educate families and BAYADA Care team for the transition from hospital to home
