What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - State Board of Nursing, Drivers License (Valid) - USA, 1 year experience working with children/adolescents with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder
Nice to Have
Associates: Nursing, Experience with children/youth/adolescents in a Crisis setting, Psychiatric Nursing Experience
What You'll Do.
Provide direct and indirect services
Schedule individuals for crisis services
Triage individuals with emergent problems
Perform clinical intakes
Coordinate with screening/referral
Complete medical record documentation
Schedule individuals for Injection Clinic
Administer injections of psychotropic medication
Educate and support individuals about medication
Engage with drug company representatives
Mail correspondence to individuals
Attend and participate in meetings
Maintain certification in training requirements
Comply with agency policies
Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures
Assist in crisis situations
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
