1+ years of experience in mental health, IV skills/certification, Knowledge/experience with nasogastric tubes
What You'll Do.
Perform nursing care within scope
Manage patient assignment
Perform and document vital signs
Report abnormal patient changes
Receive and document provider orders
and process patient specimens
Administer medications and injections
Place and maintain nasogastric tube feeds
Assist with patient examinations and treatments
Optimize patient safety
Reduce medical/health care errors
Contribute to individualized treatment plans
Participate in controlled substance count
Aid in patient transition/transfer
Assist with transportation arrangements
Respond to emergency situations

Come save lives. Come grow with us. What you’ll be doing: Schedule: Part-time day shift, 6:30am-7pm, 2 shifts/week. Working at Eating Recovery Center's adult residential facility in Chicago, IL. Active IL LPN license required. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide and assist in direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, APP or physician. The LPN will provide medical management of patients and assist with environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population in accordance with the legal scope of practice and within established standards of care, policies and procedures.
