Must Have

Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice, Current CPR certification, High school diploma or equivalent, Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system

Nice to Have

IV certification if required by state regulations, BONENT or CHT certification, Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting, Basic computer skills, Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, Functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire, Successful completion of the pre-employment color blind test
