Conduct reassessments with customers
Review medical documents
Review health-related documents
Review prior documentation
Conduct bio psychosocial assessment
Conduct Social Security Administration evaluation

Identify customer functional limitations
Make functional capacity outcome determination
Request additional medical assessment
Conduct additional medical assessment
Coordinate Review Physician activities
Coordinate Evaluating Clinician activities
Conduct further medical assessment
Conduct mental health assessment
Conduct substance abuse assessment
Work with Engagement Specialist
Ensure customer outreach
Compile clinical assessment forms
Compile documentation
Prepare clinical assessment reports
Sign off on clinical assessments
Gain customer signatures
