Review medical and health-related documents
Review prior documentation
Conduct bio psychosocial assessment
Conduct Social Security Administration sequential evaluation
Conduct mental health evaluations
Identify customer functional limitations
Make functional capacity outcome determination
Request additional assessment
Conduct additional assessment
Coordinate Review Physician activities
Coordinate Evaluating Clinician activities
Determine customer's functional capacity outcome
Ensure customer outreach for follow-up
Compile clinical assessment forms
Compile documentation
Prepare clinical assessment reports
Sign off on clinical assessments
Gain customer signatures on assessments
Interpret clinical assessment findings
Interpret documents affecting service planning
Use motivational interviewing techniques
Elicit complete information from customers
Participate in team meetings
Evaluate clinical assessment processes
Improve clinical assessment processes
Provide input to clinical assessment forms
Participate in required training
Adhere to HRA policies
Adhere to RWS standard operating procedures
