**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)** **Position Details** **Location:** Indiana **Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth **Position Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)** to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, help them work through relational challenges, emotional stressors, communication concerns, and life transitions, and create treatment plans that support meaningful progress. **Responsibilities** * Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth platform * Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical, relational, and psychosocial history * Develop treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and presenting concerns * Support clients dealing with relationship conflict, communication issues, anxiety, grief, family stress, parenting concerns, and major life changes * Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate for marriage and family therapy * Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and documentation * Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed * Follow all state, federal, and HIPAA requirements for telehealth counseling **Requirements** * Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field * Active **Indiana LMFT license** in good standing * Previous clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families * Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform * Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills * Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards * Experience with EHR systems preferred **Benefits** * $115,000–$120,000 annual salary * Full-time remote p
