Valid state-issued HVAC/Refrigeration Contractor's License or Journeyman license, EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification, Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician in a commercial or industrial setting, Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical circuits, controls, and mechanical components, Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints, Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, Ability to work independently, Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work in various environmental conditions, Valid driver's license, clean driving record

This role ensures optimal environmental conditions for our manufacturing processes and employee comfort. Responsibilities:** * Perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, split systems, refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines. * Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems. * Execute repairs, replacements, and installations of components such as compressors, motors, coils, fans, pumps, and control boards. * Monitor system performance, conduct regular inspections, and adjust settings for optimal efficiency and reliability. * Utilize schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to understand system configurations and operational parameters. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized. * Respond to emergency service calls and breakdowns in a timely and effective manner. * Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. * Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and facility management to address facility-wide issues. * Order and manage inventory of necessary parts and supplies for HVAC/R maintenance.
