What You’ll Do: Learning Design and Delivery: Onboard new team members with an emphasis on helping them learn their job role and connect with our culture. Design and facilitate training curriculum tailored to call center roles, including presentations, job simulations, role-playing exercises, web-based courses, videos, and other blended learning materials.
