The CME division serves 35,000 physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers annually. This role is an active educator that bridges the gap between organizational goals and team member development. This learning professional role has an early and lasting impact on the team member experience. What You’ll Do: Learning Design and Delivery: Onboard new team members with an emphasis on helping them learn their job role and connect with our culture. Design and facilitate training curriculum tailored to call center roles, including presentations, job simulations, role-playing exercises, web-based courses, videos, and other blended learning materials.
