What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, North Carolina licensure: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs, Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Nice to Have
Supervisory experience preferred, Ability to obtain full licensure within 30 months
What You'll Do.
Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team
Provide evidence-based individual therapy
Coordinate care and serve as primary link
Help children and families build coping skills
Support families in addressing challenges
Manage a caseload of 8–12 families
Participate in a rotating on-call response system
