You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Work involves independent problem-solving, coordinating with team members, reading technical drawings and blueprints, and ensuring safe and efficient building operations. Multiple shift opportunities available (First, Second and Third). **Summarized Requirements:** **Electrician:** * Current valid Master and/or Journey-Level Electrician license * 3+ years as a licensed electrician (within past 5 years) in comparable facility * Completed vocational and technical training in electrical maintenance and service work. * Ability to identify common causes of electrical failures, establish routine testing procedures, apply PM strategies and techniques such as RCM, RMP, and Root cause failure analysis. * Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical systems and an ability to understand and utilize electrical drawings is required. **Plumber/Pipefitter:** * Current valid Journey-Level Plumber/Pipefitter
