What You'll Do.
Provide direct supervision to clinical staff
Manage clinician caseloads
Ensure adherence to treatment plans
Collaborate with Medical Director
Align clinical care and operational goals
Provide individual therapy sessions
Provide group therapy sessions
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities
Formulate patient care plans
Execute patient care plans
Support patients in crisis intervention
Coordinate higher levels of care
Maintain thorough documentation
Pioneer innovative ways of improving access
Champion company's mission
Foster trust and relationships
Educate patients and families
