This Role We are seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our founding Raleigh team, leading our clinicians and delivering whole-person, trauma-informed care to individuals with substance use disorders. Base salary range: $80,000 - $95,000, plus monthly performance incentive of 5% of base salary, tied to clinic-level KPI attainment. Your Responsibilities Leadership and Supervision: Provide direct supervision and guidance to clinical staff (therapists, case managers) through both weekly 1:1 supervision and Group Supervision. Manage clinician caseloads and ensure that behavioral health staff are adhering to treatment plans. Collaborate with the Medical Director, Peer Supervisor & Facility Administrator or Operations Director to align clinical care and operational goals.
