What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid Ontario 310B Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer License, Minimum 5+ years of industry experience, collision repair and structural repair experience, Valid Ontario G Driver’s License, Own tools required, Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Nice to Have
diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, Effective communication and teamwork skills, Experience working within production-based collision repair environments
What You'll Do.
restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition through high-quality collision and structural repairs
Review repair orders and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Follow standardized production and repair processes
Repair and replace front-end components
and underbody components
and body damage using appropriate tools and techniques
Remove and replace damaged panels and components
Perform structural repairs using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
Complete welding repairs using MIG welders and spot weld equipment
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
and safe work environment
