5–8 years in top-tier consulting, strategy, or operations leadership, Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with a commercial or regulatory focus, Deep experience in outsourcing oversight, vendor performance, and regulatory submissions, Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and executive communication skills, Commercially astute, Operates with a consulting mindset: structured, analytical, and action-oriented, Thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly from concept to execution, Collaborative, low-ego, and able to influence senior stakeholders

Ideally in financial services, fintech, or crypto, Passion for crypto, innovation, and responsible scaling in regulated environments
What You'll Do.
Define and execute license operations strategy
Build business and operational models
Translate regulatory milestones into business opportunities
Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships
Execute operational model across EU MiCAR
Drive end-to-end execution of regulatory projects
and leverage generative AI tools
Analyze and research developing regulatory regimes
Support regulatory deliverables
Support the preparation of Board and Committee materials
Coordinate governance cycles across regulated entities
Drive effective governance and stakeholder engagement
Prepare executive and Board-level reporting
advise and support outsourcing arrangements
Measure performance of outsourced service providers
Ensure accurate and timely assessment reports
Assist in ensuring third-party risk management
Act as point of contact for outsourcing related queries
Assess proposed new engagements
Act as central point of integration
Lead cross-functional working groups
Support commercial and product teams
Deliver strategic updates and performance insights
