What You'll Do.
Track and maintain financial
Manage e-resource subscriptions
Update and review e-resource access content
Assist with e-resource trial requests
Provide persistent URLs for e-resources
Create invoice records in library management system
Manage e-resource changes to ensure access
Alert library staff of access and availability changes
Assist with implementation of new e-resource tools
Triage electronic resource collection troubleshooting requests
Ensure configuration of library technologies and branding
Manage and maintain off-campus access to e-resource collections
Perform other duties as assigned
