What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Fine Arts, or a STEM related field., Two years of experience in an education, arts, museum, or library environment., Experience working directly with teen in education, arts, theater, library, or a related environment., Successful completion of the Library Associate Training Institute (LATI) during within two years of hire., Physical exertion such as or recurring activities such as bending, crouching, pushing loaded book or recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as boxes of books or journals.
Nice to Have
Experience with Tinkercad, Fusion 360, Inkscape, Cura, Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Unreal Engine, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, or related digital tools., Experience with traditional and digital printmaking techniques., Experience developing and facilitating workshops or educational programs., Experience with three or more of the following: 3D printing, laser cutting, vinyl cutting, electronics, sewing, bookbinding, papermaking, printmaking, VR headsets, game design, audio production, and DMX lighting controllers., Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, French, Korean, or other foreign languages., Multicultural experience.

Track makerspace usage
