What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent, 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Currently MRB certified or have been in the last 2 years
Nice to Have
5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience, Multidisciplinary engineering background, Experience supporting aftermarket modifications, Experience in Model Based Definition, CATIA, ENOVIA and PDM, Ability to lead, work independently and in a team environment, Experience providing product definitions and technical support to groups, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle, Knowledge of the aircraft certification process
What You'll Do.
Provide Home support as Liaison for ongoing modifications
Provide on-site modification support as Liaison
Review and respond to Service Requests
Assess and resolve product/process issues
operational and quality issues
Design interim and final engineering solutions
and analyze reported problems
Communicate deviations that could impact design intent
Recommend and manage resolution
Analyze and conduct root cause analysis
Develop dispositions for design nonconformances
Develop and implement product/process improvements
Support Integrated Product Teams
Participate in design reviews
Represent the engineering community
