What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent, 5 or more years' related work experience, Experience applying engineering fundamentals to solve product, process, or technical issues, Ability to analyze engineering data and communicate technical findings clearly, Working knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and configuration control, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Ability to support multiple priorities, Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift
Nice to Have
9 or more years' related work experience, Independently evaluate complex technical issues, Develop sound engineering solutions, Experience leading root cause investigations, Experience developing corrective actions, Experience developing engineering dispositions, Mentor junior engineers, Influence cross-functional teams, Manage technical scope, Communicate effectively, Support high-visibility program needs, Experience in aerospace, space systems, or other highly regulated industries, Familiarity with MRB processes, Familiarity with technical reviews, Familiarity with non-conformance resolution, Experience supporting production line operations, Experience in-service problem resolution, Knowledge of structural repairs, Knowledge of product definition, Knowledge of configuration management

Support corrective action development for non-conforming conditions
Develop engineering dispositions for technical issues
Develop engineering dispositions for product anomalies

Prepare technical communications
Coordinate technical communications with system owners
Coordinate technical communications with production personnel
Coordinate technical communications with other stakeholders
Collect customer data
Analyze customer data
Evaluate customer data
Identify product improvement opportunities
Identify process improvement opportunities
Identify deviations impacting design intent
Identify deviations impacting safety

Participate in Material Review Boards
