4+ years level design, 4+ years world building, 4+ years level art, Experience in Unreal Engine, Experience with world-building tools, Experience with UE4, Experience with UE5, Creating layouts and environments, Creating believable immersive gameplay spaces, Eye for composition, Eye for scale, Eye for materiality, Eye for environmental storytelling, Experience with modular kits, Experience with large-scale open world pipelines, Understanding gameplay considerations, Understanding environment construction, Understanding navigation, Understanding readability, Understanding player flow, Solid knowledge of performance constraints, Solid knowledge of optimization practices, Ability to collaborate across disciplines, Ability to take ownership, Ability to implement changes, Ability to design changes
Nice to Have
Experience with World Partition, Experience with Data Layers, Experience with UE5 large-world systems, Familiarity with procedural tools, Familiarity with Houdini, Familiarity with PCG workflows, Familiarity with foliage systems, Experience on systemic games, Background in level design, Design sensibility
