## Description (Version française ci-dessous)   Level Designer With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Level Designer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect. Responsibilities Build white box versions of areas after consulting with all relevant parties. Handoff areas to environment art, scripting, combat and cinematics while helping them elevate the experience. Finalize areas for shipping. Understand the role an area plays in the composition of the game experience, based on the narrative and design/creative directors briefing. Know and apply all features and mechanics that are available to the player for exploration. Reserve space for features that are in development but not available yet. Be ready to throw away everything you made and start from scratch with a new perspective obtained through previous iterations. Fix level design related bugs in your own or other peoples' areas Make sure the level is always playable and ready to go   Requirements A design relevant degree. Proven commercial experience in video game level design. Ability to work well as part of a distributed, international team. An extremely positive can do attitude. Ability to give and receive feedback. The ability to efficiently communicate designs through 2D mockups or flowcharts. Ability to experience the game as a player. An RPG gamer with a passion for narrative-driven game .
