Full Job Description

The LES Supervisor, Accounting will play a pivotal role in ensuring statutory compliance and aligning financial practices with corporate standards. This role requires collaboration with various teams to manage and oversee financial activities while adhering to local regulations. ### Responsibilities * Supervise the preparation and review of statutory financial statements for legal entities. * Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations. * Coordinate with the finance team to facilitate smooth month-end and year-end closing processes. * Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support audits and financial reporting requirements. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. ### How You Will Do It * You will take ownership of financial deliverables with a high level of integrity and accountability, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all statutory reports. * By focusing on critical tasks and removing obstacles for team members, you will streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. * Through continuous evaluation and improvement of financial processes, you will contribute to the organization’s success by fostering an environment of innovation and problem-solving. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will build a culture of trust and inclusivity that drives collective achievement of goals. ### Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
