As a Network Engineer at Amazon Leo, you will lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of mission-critical enterprise networks supporting our development facilities, pre production and production labs. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure across multiple locations. Responsibilities - Deployment and ongoing maintenance of complex network solutions in manufacturing and lab environments - Ensure robust network operations supporting development and testing and efforts. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, interconnectivity, and performance issues - Implement and manage change control processes for network modifications - Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation - Enhance and manage monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue detection - Bring up labs in new locations and maintain the network and security integrity as the team scales - Drive automation initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency - Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability for mission-critical operations Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of major internet routing protocols
