Undertake all relevant in-life servicing requirements
Manage loans in Specialist Lending
Handle Novation Requests
Process Early Settlement
Manage bank account changes
Support customer service queries
Provide in life servicing support
Manage account opening
Manage general enquiry
Ensure SLAs are adhered to
Ensure timely release of communications
Ensure timely release of legal documents
Ensure timely release of payments
Contact customers and/or brokers
Review and request additional information
Escalate lack of response
Manage workload and working day
Adhere to service level agreements
Meet quality expectations
Liaise positively with customers
Carry out loan requests accurately
Carry out loan requests in a timely manner
Support Asset Finance Broker
Support Growth Direct Teams
Take ownership of customer relationship
Maintain good working relationships
