What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years proven experience supporting contract management activities or a closely related discipline, drafting, negotiation and analytical skills, pragmatic and commercially focused approach, Demonstrable experience of contract management processes
Nice to Have
experience within healthcare, IT, and/or the public sector, Demonstrable experience of legal operations processes, contract lifecycle management platforms, AI-enabled legal technologies, UKI public sector or NHS contracting frameworks, Experience with AI-related regulatory environments such as the EU AI Act
What You'll Do.
Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management
Support tender and bid responses
review and support negotiation of contracts
Provide contractual support and advice
Support management of contracts post signature
Monitor contractual performance and compliance
Support management of third-party vendors
Support AI-enabled legal support technologies
assess and escalate legal risks
Implement contract management processes
Manage ambiguity and develop solutions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
working closely with the Legal, Sales, Delivery and Leadership teams; Provide clear, practical guidance to colleagues; Provide ad hoc mentoring and support to project teams; Coordinate with local and international colleagues
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex contractual issues to non-specialists
