Must Have

Demonstrated success recruiting attorneys and other legal professionals in a fast-paced environment, Ability to independently manage recruiting priorities with minimal oversight, Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS/CRM platforms such as Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar systems, Organizational skills with the ability to improve recruiting processes and bring new ideas to the table, Comfortable working directly with leadership, attorneys, and hiring managers across multiple departments

Familiarity with California employment and recruiting compliance standards

Continuously improve recruiting workflows

Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with California employment standards while providing regular pipeline updates and market insights

Operate with a high level of independence

and follow-through in a fast-growing environment

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Head of People Operations, hiring managers, and firm leadership to support hiring priorities and deliver a candidate experience; Work closely with firm leadership, gaining mentorship and visibility on strategic decisions
