Draft complex loan documents
Prepare required signature pages
Generate blackline document comparisons
Implement revisions to loan documents
Assist with maintenance of deal tracking spreadsheets
Assist with updating deal tracking spreadsheets
Identify client inquiries
Respond to client inquiries
Follow-up as appropriate
