This role offers direct access to senior partners, lean deal teams, and meaningful ownership in complex, high-value matters within a fully remote, modern law firm structure. What You'll Do: Advise clients on a wide range of outsourcing, technology, and commercial transactions, including IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), SaaS, cloud, and digital infrastructure agreements Drive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions.
