What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8 years of legal operations, contract management, or law firm administration experience, Hands-on experience implementing or administering CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPodAi, Icertis), project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, Data-driven mindset with proficiency in building reports and dashboards, Ability to work effectively with attorneys and business stakeholders at all levels, Deep understanding of contract risk, compliance requirements, and standard commercial terms
Nice to Have
J.D. or paralegal certification a plus but not required, Experience in a high-growth technology or infrastructure company, Familiarity with procurement workflows and ERP/CLM integration, Experience managing outside counsel spend at scale, Knowledge of AI, data center, or hardware contracting environments
What You'll Do.
Build and run the operational backbone of the Legal team
Focus on contract lifecycle management
and technology enablement
Ensure contracts are managed efficiently
Scale processes with the business
Design and operate the company's contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
Manage the contract repository
Develop and maintain contract templates
pre-approved clause libraries
and negotiation guidelines
Oversee outside counsel management
Build and maintain reporting dashboards
Administer legal technology tools
Support the Procurement team with contract execution workflows
and compliance monitoring
Develop and drive Legal team projects
Partner with IT and Security on data governance
contract data integrity
and systems integration
Manage relationships with legal technology vendors and evaluate new tools

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with both Legal and Procurement; Partner with IT and Security; Work effectively with attorneys and business stakeholders at all levels
Process & Methodology
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, Develop and drive Legal team projects including process improvement initiatives, compliance programs, and policy rollouts
