What You'll Do.
Keeping corporate entities in "Good Standing" across the US and Canada
Handling reports and state requests
Monitoring intellectual property presence and hunting down infringements
Drafting and initiating cease-and-desist workflows
Acting as the first line of defense for complex consumer escalations
Investigating the root cause of escalations
Pitching strategic solutions for escalations
Spearheading compliance training initiatives
Reviewing product and process for compliance
Partnering with Engineering and Product teams to implement systemic improvements
Leading compliance audits across operations
Proactively monitoring key risk areas
Ensuring practices meet and set industry benchmarks for excellence
Using AI and low-code tools to turn manual legal chores into scalable workflows
