Full Job Description

The firm’s work is distinguished by a unique combination of precision and vision. Based in Washington, D.C., the Legal Executive Assistant will be responsible for working with their assigned attorney(s) to coordinate daily activities and provide the highest level of administrative support and practice coordination. This role reports to the local Legal Administrative Services Manager and Director of Administration, taking daily direction from their assigned attorneys. Responsibilities include: Provide executive support as part of a team of Legal Executive Assistants to a group of partners and of counsel attorneys. Collaborate closely with assigned attorneys to effectively manage day-to-day coordination of the attorneys’ respective practices. Manage a broad range of complex administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and meeting materials, entering time, editing documents, furnishing information, responding to routine correspondence, assisting with technical support, processing expense reports, and answering telephone calls. Manage client onboarding, billing, and relationship management activities. Organize complex domestic/international travel arrangements, with detailed itineraries both personal and professional. Coordinate flights, hotel accommodations, car service, visas, dining reservations, etc. Team-oriented mentality. Provide back-up support to peers. Liaise with other firm departments and key stakeholders to complete tasks effectively and efficiently. Qualifications: Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple
