What You'll Achieve.
Ensure demos, discovery conversations, and deal support are delivered to the highest standard; Support conversion on complex or strategic opportunities; Ensure team's field insights are feeding into positioning, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
Industry & Context.
Travel may be required from time to time, Visits to customer office locations, Visits to company offices, Must have valid Australian work eligibility, Harvey does not currently offer visa sponsorship
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, Experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment, Prior experience managing a team, Track record of developing talent and driving performance, Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, Ability to quickly develop and demonstrate platform expertise, Commercial instincts, Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house legal teams, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions, Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
What You'll Do.
Own quality and consistency of pre-sales legal engineering
Partner with Account Executives and GTM leadership
Engage with lawyers at prospective customers
Collaborate with Product and Marketing
Lead product demonstrations tailored to context
Act as the 'Voice of the Customer'
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Account Executives and GTM leadership; Collaborate with Product and Marketing; Work alongside Harvey’s Account Executives; Partner with Account Executives to educate them
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and presentation skills; Experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions
