ROLE OVERVIEW Harvey's Custom Solutions team builds tailored AI tools for leading strategic customers. The team scopes, designs and implements custom agents, playbooks and prompts to address high-priority use cases. Each solution is built around a customer's specific needs and stored in its Harvey instance for scalable access across the organization. Team members have opportunities to travel onsite and build relationships with senior stakeholders to support the rollout of these tools. They also partner with Harvey's Go-to-Market and Product teams to advance the platform by gathering feedback, surfacing opportunities and piloting features.
