Must Have
Qualified lawyer in EU or UK, +5 years post-qualification experience, Demonstrated experience supporting product development, Working knowledge of healthcare laws, Familiarity balancing healthcare regulations with SaaS, Ability to translate complex regulation into clear guidance
Nice to Have
Experience in healthtech, medtech, or SaaS, Familiarity with clinical trial regulations, Familiarity with computer systems validation
What You'll Do.
Partner with Product and Engineering to design compliant
Identify legal requirements for platform
Define how regulatory and compliance risks are allocated
Ensure platform can grow without unmanaged legal exposure
Identify legal and regulatory challenges early
Build preventive frameworks
Provide practical legal guidance on healthcare regulatory matters
Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product requirements
Ensure platform regulatory requirements are embedded in templates
Contribute to maintaining AI governance framework
Partner with colleagues to ensure AI systems are
Support adoption of AI across business functions
Bring working knowledge of study designs
Bring working knowledge of clinical trial frameworks
Bring working knowledge of healthcare research regulations
Act as primary legal partner for product teams
Act as primary legal partner for compliance teams
Act as primary legal partner for commercial teams
Contribute to consistent legal platform across markets
