About the Role We are hiring a Legal Counsel (Debt Capital Markets) to support end-to-end financing strategy and execution across the North America region. This is a high-priority role at the intersection of Legal, Treasury, and regional leadership, with a functional reporting line to the VP, Legal (Debt Capital Markets) in New York and a dotted line to local and EMEA leadership. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders on early-stage financing strategy, customer contracting, legal due diligence, transaction execution, and post-closing lender requirements. Your work will be central to supporting complex financing activity across the US. By helping structure projects effectively from the outset, negotiating and closing transaction documents efficiently, and managing lender obligations with rigor throughout the life of each deal, you will play a critical role in enabling successful financing outcomes.
