We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a legal counsel / In-house Lawyer (f/m/d) in Düsseldorf. In this exciting, challenging and versatile position you will act as a strong business partner, and, as part of the European and global legal team, actively shape the transformation and thus contribute personally to the success of the company. **How you will do it** * You will independently support business units, expert departments and management in all legal issues, with a focus on contract law, construction law and digitalization / software / IP law. * You independently propose practical solutions to minimize legal risks and initiate improvements. * You conduct trainings for employees. * You accompany and coordinate disputes and court proceedings in cooperation with external lawyers. * You work closely with the European and global legal team and other functions of a worldwide matrix organization on strategic initiatives, transformation processes and cross-regional issues. **What we look for** * Qualified German lawyer (1st and 2nd state examinations); additional foreign studies (e.g. LL.M.) are an advantage * Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in an internatio
