Someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, can understand both legal and business perspectives, and who has the interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels of the organization. The Legal Counsel sits on Trapeze’s legal team, oversees the work of supporting Contract Managers, and reports to Trapeze’s General Managers with a dotted line to Group Legal Counsel. The right candidate for this position will have very strong verbal and written communications skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Experience in public sector contract procurement, software licensing contracts, and legal team management are assets.
