We are looking for a Legal Counsel to build and lead the legal function from the ground up, partnering closely with leadership across all areas of the business in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will take ownership of key legal domains and proactively drive critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Product Counsel al partner, providing pragmatic, business-oriented counsel to stakeholders across the company on commercial, product, and regulatory matters. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams on launches, partnerships, and new initiatives. Provide practical, business-oriented guidance that balances risk with speed and execution. Risk, Compliance, & Governance Lead and implement internal processes to manage and mitigate potential risks related to privacy, data security, and insurance policies.
