What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of legal experience with a track record drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, Comfortable being the only lawyer in the room and making pragmatic calls independently, Generalist mindset and are willing to tackle problems outside your core expertise, Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams and build trust quickly across functions, Operate well in fast-moving, high-growth environments and can balance attention to detail with the pace of the business, Use AI tools fluently and have a track record of using them to improve efficiency and process
Nice to Have
Prior in-house experience at a B2B SaaS or AI company, Built legal infrastructure from scratch, including templates, playbooks, and contract systems, Understand how AI technologies intersect with privacy, IP, and competition law, Experience navigating international legal and regulatory requirements
What You'll Do.
