We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! **Job Overview** Nuvei is currently seeking a lawyer in Canada to fill a permanent position as Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in commercial and/or transactional law. He or she has experience working in regulated industries, and preferably has a working knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations, the Bank Secrecy Act and regulations affecting money service businesses. We seek a colleague who is resourceful, autonomous and efficient. He or she will work cross-functionally across sales, products, legal, and finance teams to advise holistically on product constructs and commercial agreements to ensure consistency with internal policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. He or she is able to handle a variety of issues within tight deadlines, this person has a great sense of professionalism and excels under pressure. **Responsibilities** The Legal Counsel will participate in the drafting, negotiation an
