Our growth is creating great opportunities!_ Below is the job description for open position **Key responsibilities:** * Provide legal advice in Contract laws for Group worldwide operations; * Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of agreements (e.g. vendor and suppliers agreements, services agreements, IT agreements, non-disclosure agreements, general terms and conditions, engagement letters, memorandum of understanding, R&D agreements, license agreements and intragroup agreements); * Contribute to the implementation of the Linxens Corporate Social Responsibility Program (compliance training, conflict of interest campaigns, gift policy implementation, internal investigations …); * Support the Deputy general Counsel in corporate law operations; * Assist in the management of commercial disputes and litigation; * Contribute to the management of a centralized legal database (contractual & corporate matters), ensuring all data is properly reflected and updated; * Monitor new legislation and regulation and communicate correspondingly in the relevant organizations. **Qualifications** * Experience of 5 to 7 years obtained in a law firm or in a multi-national corporate organization, preferably in the healthcare, life science, or laborato
