If you are a proactive and energetic legal professional looking to make an impact, we want you on our team. What you’ll do We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel with 4-7 years of experience in-house or at a law firm. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and have experience in negotiating procurement and real estate acquisition contracts, as well as general corporate matters and contracts review. This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic initiatives across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial real estate agreements across the GCC, including property acquisition agreements, lease agreements (as landlord and tenant), investment agreements relating to real estate assets, and other real estate-related documentation. Provide legal support to the real estate team on property acquisitions, leasing arrangements, and real estate investment and development projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
