Must Have

Lawyer qualified to practice in a common law, 3-7+ years PQE in a common law, Proven experience and track record at a law firm, financial services regulatory agency, exchange or licensed financial services firm, Practical problem-solver, Outstanding drafting and negotiation skills, Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, Comfort with computers and technology, Understanding of how technology is applied to business and regulatory problems

Nice to Have

HK qualification, Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin language skills (written and verbal)
