Qualified lawyer (UK or equivalent), 5+ years post-qualification experience, Drafting and reviewing biotech agreements, Experience working as in-house counsel, Experience working with outside counsel
Nice to Have
Interest in biotech/techbio, Interest and familiarity with AI tools, Experience with Google Workspace, Experience with Slack, Experience with Confluence, Experience with DocuSign, Experience with Carta, Global legal knowledge, Health-tech or life sciences background
