Elixirr (www.elixirr.com) is seeking an exceptional corporate and M digital transformation, data and analytics services through Elixirr Digital Inc including the ability to help organisations realise and implement solutions using the latest in AI, machine learning and generative AI models; leadership and cultural transformation through Insigniam LLC; insights and strategy consultancy through Hypothesis Group LLC; growth strategy and commercial effectiveness through TRC Advisory LLC; and commercial transformation, go-to-market excellence and transaction services through Kvadrant Consulting A/ S. The position is based in Elixirr’s London office. Core qualifications Admitted to practice in England and Wales 4+ years’ post qualification experience from a reputable law firm and in-house experience Sound knowledge of commercial contracts including intellectual property and data protection provisions Experience of advising on M&A transactions, both domestic and cross border, from inception to post-acquisition Experience of “bread and butter” corporate and company secretarial work to support the company secretarial function Fluency in English, written and spoken A keen interest in AI innovation A collaborative and commercial negotiation style Preferred qualifications Experience of public company related work Adept with the use of AI tools.
