Must Have
Bachelor’s in law, 8+ years professional legal experience, Contract drafting, review, and negotiation, Telecommunications regulatory frameworks, Administrative law and proceedings, Engagement with regulatory authorities, Handling regulatory investigations, Compliance reporting, Legal risk management, Knowledge of Telco's Customer Experience Back Office Operations
Nice to Have
Postgraduate degree in Administrative or Commercial Law, Experience working in multinational or regional organizations

Manage and oversee legal responses to regulatory requests
Lead Contract Lifecycle Management for LATAM

Ensure compliance with customer complaints process
