What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Laws degree, current Legal Practising Certificate, 2+ years’ PQE gained in a law firm or in-house legal team, grounding in corporate and commercial law, Ability to build trusted relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business, work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused, with a positive “can-do” attitude, problem-solving skills, sound commercial judgement, Knowledge of Australian contract law and core commercial principles, commercial acumen and an ability to provide practical legal advice aligned with business objectives, Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a varied workload, Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively within a small shared services team, High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, Ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively within a collaborative environment, Clear and confident communicator who values plain English and can translate complex legal concepts into practical, actionable advice

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks for Attain products and services
Monitor legal and regulatory compliance for all areas that may impact Attain’s operations
Assist the business with projects to improve products and services
Contribute to an innovative culture with your legal expertise and initiative and assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives
