Our legal team is currently growing and looking for a Legal Contracts Analyst with French. _This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork._ **Key responsibilities:** * Review and translate legal documents from English to French (and vice-versa), ensuring legal nuances are preserved across jurisdictions. * Prepare and revise commercial agreements and other relevant documents. * Assist with a wide range of Legal functions for RingCentral, including contracts negotiation, corporate and compliance tasks, and related activities. * Collaborate with the global Legal team, as well as relevant stakeholders including Executives, HR, Engineering, Sales and all other relevant global teams to ensure alignment on contractual terms and execution. **Requirements:** * Fluency in English and French. * Masters degree in law. * Interest in contract law and its practical application in a business context is a plus. * Experience in a similar position as a contracts analyst, legal assistant, or legal internships are considered an advantage. * Attention to detail. * Ability to manage caseload, meet deadlines and communicate legal issues and status of projects clearly to all levels of stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment. **What we offer:** * Well-coordinated professional team. * Interesting and challenging tasks, dynamic project, great opportunities for self-realization, professional and career grow
