Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage day-to-day legal administrative operations, including inbound requests, external notices, and deadline tracking. Maintain legal calendars covering filings, renewals, and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate invoice processing, vendor payments, and administrative support with Finance teams. Organize and maintain legal document systems, including Google Drive structures, naming conventions, and access controls. Manage DocuSign workflows, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and retrieval of executed agreements. Support contract review processes by flagging non-standard terms in NDAs, amendments, and order forms for attorney review. Assist with corporate entity management, compliance tracking, and regulatory filings. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation using AI tools. Support cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Sales, Finance, and RevOps to ensure operational alignment. Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a legal operations/administrative support role. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Experience managing high-volume document systems, including structured filing, naming conventions, and access control. Familiarity with legal administrative workflows such as calendaring, contract tracking, and compliance monitoring. Comfortable working with AI tools and open to using technology to improve legal processes. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple business functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with contract-related documents such as NDAs, order forms, and DPAs is a plus. Exposure to in-house legal teams or SaaS/technology environments is highly desirable.
