What You'll Do.
Answer all incoming client enquiries
Assist or transfer calls where appropriate
Provide accurate updates and information to clients
Manage client expectations
Manage the administration of all client files
Produce client correspondence
Prepare court documents as requested
Arrange and manage diaries
appointments and meetings
Action all incoming mail
Prepare bills for clients
Perform generalist administrative tasks as requested
